Eastside Retreat is a home with plenty of room for everyone. With a large master suite, lots of open living space upstairs and down, a shuffleboard table and outdoor balcony, you’ll love being right in the middle of Austin’s Eastside neighborhood. You’ll enjoy the authenticity of living like a local with multiple restaurants and breweries within walking distance or a quick ride. Austin’s Eastside is where you can find the latest trends, boutiques, and restaurants. Just two blocks off East Cesar Chavez, and a 10 minute ride to the convention center or capitol, you will have unlimited choices of how to spend your time in Austin without spending all your time getting around!

To enhance your stay, we have partnered with KEY Concierge. They not only handle the essentials...pre-arrival grocery and stocked bar, transportation, food delivered in, etc...they also deliver five-star experiences curated by local concierge. Whether it’s a customized taste of Austin, guided hill country hike and picnic, live music crawl, breakfast taco and bloody marys delivered to your door or waiting in a five-hour line for the infamous Franklin BBQ, the sky's the limit. Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults
Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty!

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises. No pets.
