With a marina just next door, you can easily take to the water to explore the city. If you’re seeking excitement on land, downtown Austin is just a quick drive away.

Wake up to lake views. Here's what we love about this escape: everyone gets a front row seat to Lake Travis. Postcard-perfect lake views are visible in every one of this home’s five bedroom suites. Choose between:

King-size master

Chill out. It's your vacation, so follow your bliss. Whether that means cooling off in the infinity pool after a hike or planning the next day's activities with a starlit chat in the hot tub. And when you need a moment of total calm, there's a pool deck for catching rays, a covered outdoor lounge for kicking back fireside, and a sunroom for finding your morning zen.

Have a Texas-sized feast. There's no better setting for a feast than the outdoor dining area on the lake. Ask our concierge to stock the gourmet kitchen or deliver the city's best eats right to your door—your wish is our command. Looking for something on the fancier side? Gather in the elegant living area or at the kitchen bar for Hill Country wine tastings, then share a chandelier-lit dinner in the dining area.

Explore Lake Travis. Feeling nautical? Rent a boat or launch your own right out of Lake Travis POA Marina Park, just next door. Cruise out to the beaches to stretch your land legs, or scuba in the waters off Windy Point. However you spend your time on the water, we recommend wrapping up the day with a sunset and margaritas on the deck at The Oasis.

Hit the town. There’s more to Lake Travis Escape than boat rides and sunshine. Take a short into the heart of downtown Austin for some of the most vibrant food, art, and music scenes in the country.

Lake Travis Escape sits on Lake Travis POA Marina Park, directly next door. This marina does not offer boat slips for guest use, yet you may launch and load your boat from their ramp and use the picnic area. You may also be picked up by a boat rental from this boat ramp. Please let us know if you are bringing your own boat, as we will need to purchase a guest pass for your use.

This home is partially wheelchair accessible; no stairs from the driveway to inside the home where the main floor boosts a bedroom with walk-in shower, main living, kitchen, and deck. There are steps to the pool level.
