Blue Water was named for its sparkling, custom, in-ground pool and hot tub that was designed to be a vacation rental paradise!
Your friends and family will have plenty of space to lounge, and a lovely outdoor grilling and gathering area. It’s surrounded by a beautifully kept backyard, where the kids (and adults) will have a ball playing corn-in-he hole or spending time relaxing around the fire pit.
This brand new build is professionally designed with modern farmhouse finishes and bohemian touches. It is bright and airy, with resort-style indoor/outdoor living. The retractable glass sliders open up the living room to the outdoor deck and let in a gorgeous view of the Blue Water pool.
This property was set up for fun, with an open concept living space, plus a billiards and foosball room. If you’re looking to watch the big game, the living room and game room each have big-screen TVs where you can cheer on your team. Plus, there are TVs in all bedrooms with king-sized beds.
Blue Water is beautifully configured to accommodate three families or groups who enjoy their privacy. It offers the perfect combination of living like a local in a quiet Austin neighborhood, with easy access to the city only 11 miles away.
If you’ve got work to do, we’ve set you up with a nook to take care of business.
