This exceptional, newly renovated, and restored property is a gorgeous combination of traditional Austin architecture and meticulous mid-century modern design.

While the mid-century vibe is front and center, the inspiration for the interior of this home was to bring the outside in. Trees surround you from the views of the main living space, and the dramatic high ceiling is a show-stopper. The center stage is a vintage suspended fireplace which makes the perfect accessory for the living room while celebrating the house’s history. Additional restoration included the front door and interior stair railings to their natural beauty, which are another nod to the trees with warm wood grains throughout the house.

High-end furnishings include beds you’ll be excited to sleep in, a deep, comfortable semi-circular couch, and oversized seating for resting among the treetops, watching the game, or simply hanging around with your friends and family. The neutral color palette, texture, and use of organic materials add to this house’s overall richness. And unique and custom artwork complete the overall look and feel.

This was the best Airbnb house we've ever stayed in. Simply incredible in every respect. Fantastic layout.....upstairs master suite, main floor living room and lower level family room for the kids with shuffleboard and card tables. Every amenity you could possibly imagine. Kids loved the shuffleboard - we couldn't stop playing. Great TV's with surround sound.....incredible furniture. Everything top notch and 5 stars. Great location.....super nice neighborhood and very close to downtown. Great views from upper floors. This house is pure luxury in every respect. Can't recommend it highly enough.

My family loved renting this home for Thanksgiving! Plenty of room for my husband & I, our adult kids, & their kids so spread out. Loved the hot tub. Great neighborhood location.
