Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals has been an excellent rental company for our downtown Austin apartment. We have been with Sharon Walker and her group since 2014. I had managed the rental myself and used one other rental company. Neither was a pleasant experience! Knowing what is involved with managing the bookings, the websites, the cleaning crews, the supplies, the taxes, etc., I am happy to pay the 30% commission. Our assigned representative from WLVR is available to answer our questions/concerns or, if unavailable, will make sure someone else responds. The staff stays connected with other short-term rental companies throughout the country and is constantly looking for ways to improve their service for both clients and guests. At the beginning of each new year, Sharon and staff review with the owner the statistics for the past year, offer suggestions and ask from the owner ways they can improve. WLVR is a professionally run company with high standards.
