Quality Control Stagers
Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals (WLVR) is looking for a part-time, service-oriented, proactive individual, to join our team. You will work with our team to help our vacation rentals put their best face forward for arriving guests. Stagers are a resource for the team, managing the before arrival inspections and resolving issues in a timely manner. This is a role for a stylish, detail-oriented self-starter who has a passion for first impressions.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of homes prior to guest arrival
- Discerning eye that can determine if home presentation meets WLVR Standards
- Monthly/quarterly inventory of home contents
- Familiarization of all homes in WLVR portfolio
- Abating issues that arise before, during or after a stay with team assistance
- Interaction with cleaning crews and other vendors/service providers
- Organization ideas/suggestions and follow through to implement
- Identifying necessary improvements to WLVR properties
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to self-schedule and stick to a timeline and deadline
- Ability to work and communicate with a team
- Proactive thinking, problem solving, and a service mentality are a must
- Excellent work ethic and self motivation are essential
