Quality Control Stagers
Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Staging and Quality Inspector to join our team. You will be the last set of eyes before our guests walk through the door, and your care for presentation directly shapes our guest experience and our reputation as Austin’s original luxury short-term rental company.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect every property prior to guest arrival, ensuring presentation meets WLVR’s luxury standards
- Restock consumables (soaps, paper goods, sponges, amenities) and set the ambiance for each stay
- Work alongside cleaning crews during back-to-back stays to ensure smooth, on-time turnovers
- Identify and document cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and damage issues via mobile app checklists
- Verify all guest amenities, linens, supplies, and home setups are properly completed before check-in
- Communicate with the operations team via Slack to flag issues, coordinate coverage, and keep things moving
- Perform light maintenance and minor troubleshooting on-site (TVs, smart locks, lighting)
- Identifying necessary improvements to WLVR properties
What It Takes:
- Sharp attention to detail; you notice what others miss and you take care of it
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on tight timelines during peak season
- Self-motivated and highly organized, comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using mobile apps for property checklists and Slack to communicate with the operations team
- Physically capable and willing to handle the demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 lbs
- A proactive mindset; you solve small problems before they become guest complaints
- A genuine appreciation for beautiful homes and elevated hospitality
