Amazing view and neighborhood. Really incredible being out on the lake, and cool layout of the house in the hill with its multiple areas to hang out. Close boat ride to the popular areas on lake Austin, but on a tranquil part of the like. No traffic about 30 min to downtown which was nice and it was pretty easy for us to get Ubers.
