She began her career working with Airbnb, supporting guests and hosts across both the North America and EMEA regions, where she developed a strong understanding of diverse cultures and customer needs.

She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive, seamless experiences for every guest. Her background in psychology helps her connect with people on a deeper level, allowing her to handle concerns with care, patience, and professionalism.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her kids, whether exploring hiking trails, relaxing by the beach, or trying new restaurants. She’s a firm believer in balancing hard work with meaningful moments, and she brings that same positive energy into everything she does.
