Audrey began her career in the vacation rental industry in 2016 in Boulder, Colorado, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service and a natural eye for organization, detail, and care. What started as a hands-on role in property management quickly grew into a multifaceted career spanning guest services, home staging, inspections, vendor coordination, and overall property operations. She has always been drawn to the behind-the-scenes work that makes a home feel effortless for both owners and guests—creating systems, refining processes, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
With over 20 years of experience in service-driven roles, Audrey is known for her ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments while maintaining a high level of service. Her background in Exercise Science and healthcare gives her a unique perspective on how the environment impacts well-being, shaping her commitment to cleanliness, organization, and intentional design. Whether preparing a home for its first guest or maintaining consistency across a portfolio, she takes pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming, elevated, and well cared for.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys staying active through strength training, tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants (over 100!), and spending time with her husband, son, and their two golden retrievers. She loves calling Austin home and appreciates the balance it offers between nature, creativity, and community.
