JR’s journey in hospitality began as a food and beverage team member at Emirates Flight Catering. He honed in his skills and developed a deep understanding of the complexities of managing food and beverage operations, which opened the door for him to open three Quick Service Restaurants chains for Landmark Group.
JR’s career also has taken him into the world of reservations. Over the years, JR had the privilege of working with Hyatt and renowned online travel agencies such as Hotels.com, Expedia, and Hopper. His commitment to customer satisfaction and to creating memorable stays for guests whether in front-facing interactions or back office.
He loves food, coffee, movies, and going to the mall with his family in his free time.
