At French Polo Estate, you can escape the bustling city in just minutes to this storybook setting and be a part of the luxurious, operational Victory Cheval Estate. Even as you enter through opulent gates to the manor, you will feel like you've traveled into a different time and place. Gated and bordered with stately white fences, the 88 acres includes a romantic countryside where horses graze near the stables and two enchanting ponds, surrounded by trees, provide homes to colorful ducks, turtles, and occasional geese. Beautifully landscaped, with a stunning pool, and view of the polo grounds, this French style stone chateau boasts 5750 square feet of enchanting architecture.

Enjoy grand luxury with everyday comforts in a home ideal for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 25 guests. You can gather in the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and informal dining area overlooking the polo field and pool to watch the sunset on the main floor, which also boasts two suites, an additional bedroom and a formal dining room. The formal dining room, which draws you into an era of French opulence, is the perfect space to enjoy food, wine and romance of the evenings spent enjoying time with family and friends. The downstairs offers three bedrooms, a large bunk room, a TV room complete with board games, and a billiards room perfect for a small group to challenge the next winner!

For lovers of the outdoors and romantics alike, the northern 35 acres of Victory Cheval Estate have been designated an Eco-Zone by the property owner. If visiting during the spring, an amazing array of flowers blanket the property like a floral painting of nature. Walking the trails provides a beautiful vista and sunset, and a quiet escape to nature and everyday life, while being so close to everything the city of Austin has to offer.

The French Polo Estate was the most incredible and magical experience for our group! We were celebrating my wedding with just over 20 women and every single one was blown away by the house, the pool, and loved seeing the horses roaming the property. Customer service was top notch and the level of responsiveness was appreciated!! Along with the surprise Tiff's Treats delivery!!

A private enclave where our family had time to relax and forge memories. The nearness of major transportation routes brought all of Austin, San Antonio, and the Hill Country into easy trips.
