Inside, you will be welcomed with a grand staircase and a modern marble entryway that leads into a wide open space with floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the fantastic backyard. The living space of this house perfectly embodies a casual, beachy, and sophisticated vibe.

Ideal for large groups, the property accommodates up to 23 guests. Four of the seven bedrooms boast spa-like private baths, and each room, including a unique bunk room with queen-over-queen beds suitable for adults and kids alike, is meticulously designed for your comfort.

This home is unmatched. So much space, great pool, incredible boat dock. We are so glad to have been one of the first renters here & cannot wait to book again for later this summer. Quick drive for us from Dallas & perfect spot to visit our daughter at UT for the weekend!
