Southside of Heaven has been professionally designed with your vacation in mind! This brand-new build is gorgeous, with incredible Lake Travis views from three levels and two covered decks.
Fun for the whole family was carefully thought out with ping pong, air hockey, and games galore like PacMan and Mortal Combat 2 in the spotless, epoxied garage that was transformed into the ultimate gaming room. There’s also a spacious outdoor kitchen and dining area, a cozy nook with a wonderful hot tub, and outdoor shower.
The main living area has a bright and airy open floor plan, with a beautifully appointed kitchen where the views are the star of the show. It’s equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and overlooks the modern family room, which has plenty of space for you, your friends, and your family. Enjoy live sports on TVs on every level in this house, including a 70” screen in the living room.
The third floor offers even more living and entertaining space with a billiard table, and additional lounging.
The luxurious primary bedroom has a private entrance to the deck and fire pit, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom that is finished with a wet room, dual vanity, and granite countertops.
For the little ones, there’s a crib, high chair, pack n’ play and safety gates available.
Along with all of the amenities you will enjoy at the house, you also have two passes for access to beautiful Point Venture’s community amenities, which include:

The 50-acre park is surrounded by Lake Travis on both sides, with picnic areas that never get too crowded. It's a haven for kids with swings, a merry-go-round, playscape, and a small play house.
Point Venture Marina includes Captain Pete’s floating restaurant and bar. Open 7 days a week for dinner. Park your car and just walk out on the marina, or come by boat and pull up to the marina. If you love seafood, burgers, tacos footings, and drinks, then you’re going to love their menus. Chef Ben is one of the most celebrated Chef’s in the Austin and Lake Travis area for many years. Reservations are recommended.
Clubroom available to rent for $50 per day. The capacity is 75 people with tables and chairs. Full kitchen and ice machine with 20 ft. serving bar. Free wi-fi, wood burning fireplace, piano, performance state, projection screen and TV cable service available.
Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises.
This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Limit 2 pets.
